LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis men's volleyball has earned a 2025 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award. In order to earn an AVCA Team Academic Award, sponsored by INTENT, the team must earn a minimum 3.3 grade point average.
The Red Flash boasted a 3.639 team GPA in the fall and an 3.42 team GPA in the spring semester, averaging a 3.529 GPA for the 2024-25 school year.Â
This marks the ninth consecutive season Saint Francis has been recognized for academic excellence through the AVCA Team Academic Award.
The Red Flash also took home the top GPA among the men's volleyball team's in the Northeast Conference in each of the three seasons the NEC has sponsored the sport.
Saint Francis is joined by more than 1400 other collegiate and high school men's and women's volleyball programs.
