LORETTO, Pa. - Saint Francis men's and women's golf had 15 student-athletes named ITA Division I Scholar-Athletes. The Red Flash men led the way with eight and the Flash women had seven.
In order to be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must have maintained at least a 3.5 grade point average for the academic year. A program must have a team-average grade point average of 3.2 for the academic year in order to be eligible for an All-Academic Team recognition.
For the men's team, Alan Gonzalez, Matt Kozar, Kevin Kruzel, Tyler Nguyen, Patrick Reese, Kevin Titus Suresh, Mathis Tremblay and Beau Welker all received the distinction.
On the women's side, Lindsey Greb, Sara Jankovic, Reagen Mangan, Gretta Rhodes and Morgan Tuffs, Mallory Thomas, Diana Zuba were all named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
