OPENING TEE

Saint Francis University women's golf opens the fall season at the Bucknell Invitational on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Teams will play 18 continuous holes each day of the invitational at Bucknell Golf Course. Along with the Red Flash, Mercyhurst, Niagra University, Merrimack College, Le Moyne University, Saint Joseph's University, Manhattan College, College of the Holy Cross, LIU, La Salle University, University of New Haven, Purdue University Fort Wayne, Stonehill College, Wagner College, Mount St. Mary's University, Duquesne University, and host Bucknell will be making their way to the tee box. For this invitational's starting line up, Camille Gagnon, Bryn Sorge, Robbin Zetrouer, McKenzie Gustas, Abigail McCorkell, and Samantha Przybys as an individual, will all take on the course.

LAST TIME AT THE EVENT 
Meghan Zambruno (53rd place, 246), Bryn Sorge (53rd place, 246), and Abigail McCorkell (68th place, 263) rounded out the Red Flash's five team players. Sydney Clements (70th place, 266) also competed as an individual.The Red Flash finished 10th following the last day of the Bucknell Invitational. 

NEXT TIME ON THE GREEN 
The Red Flash will be competing again at the Roseann Schwartz Invitational in Boardman, Ohio, September 21-22.  

NEW TO THE LO'
Saint Francis added Ciara McLaughlin and Robbin Zetrouer to the 2025-2026 roster.  

COACH CASCINO BACK ON DUTY 
Cascino is in the fifth season of his third stint with the Red Flash and 13th overall. He was the women's golf head coach from 2005-12, for the 2017 season, and 2020-current. Saint Francis was successful in his first go-around with the women's golf program, leading the Red Flash to two consecutive Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships (2006 & 2007). In addition, he helped Saint Francis finish in the Top 3 of the conference postseasons in his first four seasons in Loretto. His son Lukas has joined the men's golf team for the 2023-24 season.
