Looking back on this weekend, the Red Flash started NEC Play against conference newcomer the New Haven Chargers in a three-game set at Red Flash Softball Field in Loretto, Pa. From Saturday, March 14 to Sunday, March 15. Starting off with the Twinbill, despite not picking up the win, Saint Francis still showcased its offensive abilities. The Red Flash were able to plate 12 runs in their 15 innings of play, eight of which came off home runs. With the Getaway game on Sunday, Saint Francis not only secured its first Overall win of the season but also gave Head Coach Bill Vasko his first career Division I head coaching win. 

The Red Flash are back in action on Saturday, March 21, as they take on CCSU in a three-game set staring with a double header slate for a 1 p.m. first pitch.
