FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team accumulated 28 top 5 finishes after this weekends meet.
The women's 4x100 relay team took first place with a time of 51.23. This team was made up of
Olivia Renk,
Gabriella del Pielago, Adraya Braxter, and
Paige Drake.
In the 800m,
Nina Connors (2:13.90) and
Morgan McNaughton (2:14.06) took first and second.
Mackenzie Hirt placed fifth with a time of 2:21.81.
Savannah Hoover finished third in the 1500m with a time of 5:10.43.
Abigail Sheehan was not too far behind with fifth place (5:18.83).
Baxter placed first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:08.33.
Renk finished first in the 200m with a time of 25.21. del Pielago was right behind her in second place with a time of 25.90.
Three Red Flash took top 5 in the 3000m.
Rosie Gaydos placed first with a time of 10:02.04.
Anna Quackenbush took second (10.08.60) and
Isabella Leger placed fourth (11.09.32).
Kira Olenchick and
Saige Wilt both tied for first place in high jump with 1.41m.
Giana Anderson placed first in triple jump with 10.10m.
Taylor Foster claimed second in long jump with a leap of 5.01m. Drake took third with 4.89m and
Delaney Hall took fourth with 4.44m.
Rylee Nicklas and
Alayna Hulslander took first and second in hammer. Nicklas had a throw of 38.83m and Hulslander had 38.77m.
In javelin,
Carmela Petrignani finished first with a launch of 25.40m.
Lorah Thomas followed in second with 25.15m and
Catherine Pivarunas took fourth with 15.16m.
Nicklas and Lorah once again led the Red Flash in discus. Nicklas took third place with 32.91m and Lorah took fourth with 32.45m.
Nicklas claimed first place in shot put with a launch of 11.85m. Thomas came in fourth (10.60m) and Petrignani took fifth (8.95m).
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The men's team registered 38 top 5 performances.
Aaron Tressler took first in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:56.8.
The men's 4x100 relay team claimed first place with a time of 43.23. The team consisted of
Jayden Foster,
Darius Harrell,
Garrett Damewood, and
Eaghan Kieff.
In the 800m,
Collin Dreese finished first with a time of 1:55.34.
Tyler Persing placed fourth in the 400m with a time of 50.70.
Freshman Harrell took fourth in the 100m with a time of 11.43.
Carson Uber placed third in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:01.27.
Foster finished in first place with a time of 23.00 in the 200m. Close behind him was Samuel List with 23.88 (fourth) and
Peyton Myers with 24.38 (fifth).
Wyatt Foster took fifth place in the 3000m with a time of 10:18.54.
Two Red Flash mixed 4x400 relay teams placed third and fourth. The "D" team finished in third place with a time of 3:56.36 and the "B" team was right behind them in fourth. They had a time of 3:56.48.
Ayden Martinage finished in first place with a clearance of 1.80m in high jump.
Four Red Flash all placed in the triple jump.
Tyler Craft took first with a jump of 13.76m,
Nehemyah Williams followed in second (13.33m),
Braydon Beach with third (12.90m), and
Ian Conway in fourth (12.22m).
Three athletes placed high in the long jump. Craft once again took first place with a reach of 6.72m. Williams followed in second place with 6.69m and Beach took fourth with 6.26m.
In hammer, five players dominated competition including
Joseph Sevison who nabbed first. He threw a distance of 53.70m.
Owen Degnan took second (52.62m),
Vincent Franco took third (52.15m),
Wyatt Jumper took fourth (44.97m), and
Cam Wagner took fifth (41.12m).
Ethan Stroup finished in first place with a throw of 50.45m in javelin. Austin Gray followed behind him in second (44.33m), Franco in third (42.71m), and Sevison in fourth (42.53m).
In discus, Sevison placed first with a throw of 44.57m. Wagner was right behind him in second place (43.00m),
Brayden Ross took fourth (38.99m), and Brody Ross finished fifth (38.59m).
Clark Gulycz claimed first place in shot put with a throw of 17.65m. Wagner took second (14.28m), Ross took third (14.22m), Sevison took fourth (13.97m), and Jumper finished fifth (13.47m).
