2013 Outdoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal record at the Monmouth Season Opener in the 1500m run with a 4:08.57 … placed fourth at the Northeast Conference Championship posting a 32:20.37 in the 10,000m run placing him forth in the field … finished second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Northeast Conference Championship scoring eight points for the Red Flash with a time of 9:25.71.

2013 Indoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal record at the Northeast Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships in the mile with a 4:31.18 finish.

2012 Outdoor (Sophomore) - Recorded a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:05.31 at the Eric Klobier Invitational ... had a PR time of 4:05.43 in the 1,500 at the TCNJ Lion's Invitational ... recorded a PR of 9:23.92 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NEC Championship, placing third in the event.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman) -
Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the NEC Championship with a time of 9:38.35 … earned a fifth place finish at the Bennie Benson Memorial Invitational in the 1500m run with a time of 4:13.52 … clocked in at 9:35.59 in the 3000m steeplechase for a second place finish at the Raleigh Relays … ran a 16:27.89 in the 5000m run at the NEC Championship.

2011 Indoor (Freshman) - Placed sixth in the 1000m run at the Bucknell Heptagonal with a time of 2:34.77 … season-best 4:25.50 run in the 1 mile at the Thomson Invitational, a fourth place finish … ran a 4:26.54 mile at the NEC Championship.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Local middle-distance product from Altoona that lettered all four years of high school in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field … First-Team All-State in cross country in 2009… two-time Altoona Mirror Athlete of the Week … won a District VI championship in the 3200m in 2008, and was member of the 4x800m Relay that won a District VI championship … won the 2009 Gioisa Award as top cross country runner … National Junior Honor Society.
