What are your goals for the upcoming season? My goals for this upcoming season are just to stay motivated keep my heart in my races. I want to attack each and every race with determination and nothing less than my best. Other goals would be to make it to the ECAC competition for indoor and outdoor. At the NEC championship meets, I want to be a finalist in the 400. |
CAREER STATS
2012 Outdoor (Junior) - Ran a season best 58.17 in the 400m at the NEC Chamionships, placing her in ninth overall... Matched a season best from Indoor at the TCNJ Invitational with a 26.83 time in the 200m dash.
2011-12 Indoor (Junior) - Ran a season best 26.83 at the George Mason Meet in the 200m dash, placing her in sixth overall.
2011 Outdoor (Sophomore) - Finished seventh at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 400-meter dash in a time of 58.59 ranked as one of three SFU runners to score points in the event … Posted a season-best time of 57.88 in the prelims of the 400m-dash at the NEC Championships … Helped SFU to a 12th-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the ECAC Championships with a time of 3:45.44.
2010-11 Indoor (Sophomore) - Saw time with several relay teams including the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and the 1,600-meter sprint medley team … Recorded a season-best time of 1:00.95 in the 400-meter dash at the Bison Opener.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete at Northern Bedford that earned letters in volleyball, basketball, and track & field… part of four Hancock Invitational championship squads… two-time District V champion in the 100m and 200m, and 2010 champion in the 400m… took sixth at the Pennsylvana state meet in the 400m…Altoona Mirror Athlete of the Week…Scholar Athlete of the Year.
