What are your goals for the upcoming season? My goals for this season are to help lead our team to the conference championship. We are very capable of big things this year and I'm excited to see what the next couple of months bring us!! |
JUNIOR (2011) – Started in all 31 team games during her junior season…Led the team in kills with 282, as well as setting her own career high…Recorded double-digits in kills 14 times during 2011, including a stretch of four-straight games…Provided a strong defensive presence with 68 digs and 65 blocks…Season-high 20 points against Rider University (9/10) on her way to 347.5 for the season…Recorded 28 service aces, which ranked her second on the team…Season-high four service aces against Fairleigh Dickinson (10/2).
SOPHOMORE (2010) – Appeared in all 29 matches of the season, making 28 starts … started strong with a season-high 14 kills during the first match of the season against Morgan State (8/27) … recorded 228 kills, 12 assists and 95 digs … led the team with 104 blocks (14 solo, 90 assisted) and also with 34 service aces … season-high seven blocks at home against Quinnipiac (11/6) … she totaled 321.0 points during her sophomore season … reached double digits in kills on nine separate occasions … notched five service aces at home versus Sacred Heart (11/7) … picked up a season-high eight digs at Fairleigh Dickinson (10/17).
FRESHMAN (2009) - Started all 32 matches for the Red Flash … ranked third on the team in kills with 233, averaging 1.99 kills per set … team leader with 87 total blocks, as well as her average of 0.74 blocks per set … hit .222, the second-highest average for any Red Flash player with more than 100 kills … had nine double-digit kill matches, including a season-high 14 kills each against Delaware State (9/29) and Bryant (10/31) … hit a season-high .476 with 11 kills against SFNY (10/24) … recorded a season-high seven blocks against Sacred Heart (11/14).
BEFORE SFU - Came to Saint Francis University from Saint Ursula Academy, where she was a middle blocker for head coach Julie Perry ... was a first team Girls Greater Cincinnati League selection as a senior, as well as a second team all-city honoree … helped lead the Bulldogs to a district title and two regional championships ... President of the Girls Athletic Association, and is a member of the National Honor Society ... an active member of the Student Outreach Services, and volunteers at the Bethany House Shelter … earned eight consecutive years of unanimous superior ratings at the National Federation of Music Piano competition.
