What are your goals for the upcoming season? My goals for the upcoming season is to improve where I left off last season, do well in the conference meet, and possibly qualify for IC4A's.

2012 Outdoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal best in the discus throw with a mark of 41.60m at the Colonial Relays...Had a personal best mark of 42.35m in the hammer throw at the NEC Championship.
2012 Indoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal best in the shot put with a mark of 12.80m at the Gulden Invitational...Recorded personal best in the weight throw with a 14.76m mark at the Gulden Invitational, good for a seventh overall finish.
2011 Outdoor (Sophomore) – Recorded his best discus throw at the Bucknell Team Challenge with a distance of 39.94m … recorded best hammer throw at the Bennie Benson Memorial Invitational where he placed fourth with a distance of 40.81m … had a mark of 37.55m in the discus throw at the NEC Championship and a hammer throw distance of 38.01m.
2011 Indoor (Sophomore) - Recorded his season best in the shot put at the Penn Relays with a distance of 11.26m … recorded season best weight throw at the NEC Championship with a distance of 14.10m.
2009-10 (Freshman) - Recorded PR's in the outdoor Shot Put (11.85m), Discus (40.42m), and Hammer Throw (32.92m) at the Father Bede Invite (4/24/10).
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete from South Hagerstown H.S.... member of county championship team in high school... was named an All-Conference athlete in high school... three-year letterwinner in track, and also won a pair each in basketball and football.
