SOPHOMORE (2013) - Started in 15 games for Saint Francis during sophomore season … Second on team in goals (12), assists (8), and points (32) … Logged 45 shots, 34 shots on goal, and two game-winning goals … Atlantic 10 Player of the Week (9/23) … Selected to SFU Athletics Department Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN (2012) - NEC Rookie of the Year... All-NEC first team selection... three-time NEC Rookie of the Week... Named to Synapse Sports National All-Rookie Team... Started all 18 games for the Red Flash….Scored nine goals and dished out five assists…Had a total of 23 points and took 25 shots

BEFORE SFU  - Transferred to SFU from Cal (Pa.) in 2012 ... Played in 27 games as a freshman on the Vulcans basketball squad, averaging 5.1 points. She was a multiple-sport athlete in high school, competing in soccer, basketball and field hockey ... A second-team all-state selection in field hockey, she earned three varsity letters as a midfielder for Lake-Lehman. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student while in high school.

PERSONAL - The daughter of Paul and Patricia Adamshick and plans to major in nursing at Saint Francis.
