My favorite part of playing for Coach Tyson is that he is very knowledgable about the game of golf. I trust him with any advice he has to say because of his impressive background as a Professional Golf Management graduate.

JUNIOR (2014-15) - Competed in six out of the eight events of this season, including the Northeast Conference Championship with a total of 240 (81-76-83) and place 28… Posted three top-20 finishes as 10th at Bucknell (223; 75-72-76), as 16th at Lonnie Barton (157; 80-76) and 20th in SFU’s Red Flash Invitational (226; 74-75-77).

SOPHOMORE (2013-14) - Competed in eight of nine events for Saint Francis during his sophomore season … Posted a fourth overall finish at the Robert Morris Colonial Classic after carding a 76-72 … Posted a 10th place finish at the Wagner Seahawk Spring Invitational after posting a score of 81-81.

FRESHMAN (2012-13) - Participated in 11 events this season.... captured first place in the PSU Altoona Invitational by shooting a 73.... tied for first place in the MAC Invitational by shooting a 73.... tied for 19th place in the NEC Championship by shooting a 74-74-83-231.... shot a season-low 71 in the first round of the Navy Fall Classic.

BEFORE SFU - High school team captured two back-to-back Southern Tier Athletic Conference East championships in 2009 and 2010 … lowest stroke average on the team … five-time honoree of the coach's award, given to the player with the lowest average … twice had the best average in the STAC.

PERSONAL - Son of Michael and Diane Stricek … Secondary Education – History major.
