SENIOR (2016) – NAMED TO ATLANTIC 10 ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM….  Appeared in 20 matches with 20 starts… Scored three goals and added six assists for 20 total points… Registered 17 shots on goal… Tallied two assists in a 6-0 win against App State (10/9).

JUNIOR (2015)- Selected to Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team...Saw action in 17 matches with 17 starts...Scored one goals (against Rider) and recorded two assists...Tied for team lead with three defensive saves

SOPHOMORE (2014) - Started in all 17 games for Saint Francis U during sophomore season … Recorded second career point with assist against Saint Louis (9/26) … Named to NFHCA All Academic Team … Named NFHCA Scholar of Distinction … Selected to Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team.

FRESHMAN (2013) - Started all 16 games for Saint Francis during freshman season … Named to All-Atlantic 10 Rookie Team … Picked up first collegiate point with an assist against Pacific (9/21) … Selected to SFU Athletics Department Honor Roll … Selected to NFHCA Honor Roll.

BEFORE SFU - Comes to SFU out of Lake-Lehman High School where she was a three-sport athlete in field hockey, track & field and swimming… served as a team captain and tallied five goals and five assists between her junior and senior seasons… earned a selection to the WVC Coaches All-Star first.

PERSONAL - Daughter of Vicki and Don Gromel… majors in exercise physiology… Was a member of the National Honor Society and was named to the Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA High School National Academic squad and was academic all-state in 2012.
