FRESHMAN (2017)- Recorded a defensive save (DS) against Ball State (9/15).... Recorded a shot on goal against CMU (8/25)... Recorded a shot on goal against Sacred Heart (8/27).... Recorded a shot against Siena (9/9)...Logged a shot against VCU (10/20)...Scored the first goal of her career against Richmond (10/22).

Before SFU: Gibson was a member of the Te Awa hockey club for three years and the central hockey club for one year, earning MVP honors for her U18 team. Three-time Hawkes Bay Secondary School Player of the Year finalist and winner of the award in 2016. She captained her team to back-to-back Furnware Cup titles.
