SENIOR (2018): Scored one goal against Siena (2/17)...Scored one goal against Occidental (3/2)...Scored three goals and swiped two steals against Utica (3/17)...Scored one goal against Bucknell (3/25)...

FRESHMAN (2017): Played in all 33 games for the Red Flash...Scored two goals and dished out five assists and recorded 10 steals...Scored first collegiate goal and had two assists in win over Grove City

BEFORE SFU:  Scored three goals and had five assists in 19 matches for Utica College as a freshman en route to being named a Scholar Athlete by Collegiate Water Polo

Coach Beemer on Ponek: "Krysta has a year of collegiate water polo under her belt in the northeast and this will definitely prove useful as she transitions to Saint Francis.  She's a strong athlete and will add balance to our young roster."
