JUNIOR (2020) - Played in 16 matches, led the Red Flash with 83 digs...recorded 12 digs at Lincoln Memorial (1/25) and 16 digs at Harvard (2/21)

SOPHOMORE (2019) -  Appeared in 40 sets along with 18 matches played.. Recorded nine digs and five assist vs. Queens (2/10)...Used as primary libero vs. Charleston and George Mason, notched season-high 10 digs against Charleston (2/22) and seven against George Mason (2/24)..Pitched another stellar weekend with nine digs in the win over NJIT (3/1) and eight digs in the win over Princeton (3/2)..contributed with back to back matches of five digs against Ball State (3/15) and Harvard (3/30)..Completes sophomore campaign with 64 digs and 14 assist. 

FRESHMAN (2018)- Has started in 23 of the 29 matches played this season..Second on team with 179 digs...Recorded his first double digit dig game (12) in 3-1 victory over UC Santa Barbara (1/5)...Registered a season-high 15 digs in 3-1 win over EIVA rival Sacred Heart (2/17).

BEFORE SFU- A member of two conference championships, Alu joins the SFU men’s volleyball program out of Central Bucks West High School…The 6-0 libero was also named to Two All-League selections and was selected to represented USA men’s volleyball.
 

PERSONAL- Ryan is the son of Ray and Terri Alu and plans to study Software Engineer, Cyber Security, and Math at Saint Francis University.
