Junior Alicia Ford had a big hand in the Saint Francis swim team's 153-109 home win over Akron Saturday. Ford did her part in setting three new pool records at the Stokes Natatorium by anchoring the victorious 400 medley relay to open the meet, winning the 100 free with a time of 52.24 and she led off for the 200 free relay. Additionally, Ford came within a second of her own record in the 50 free, swimming a 24.43. For her performance over the weekend, Ford was named Northeast Conference Swimmer of the Week, the fourth such honor of her career.
