LORETTO, Pa. (Oct. 31, 2012) – Winners of four of its last five, the Saint Francis U women's volleyball team will face the Robert Morris Colonials in an important NEC match-up at 7 p.m.
The Flash met the Colonials in Moon Township, Pa. on Oct. 3 and fell in a tight match in five sets.
RMU sits in second place in the NEC standings after a win over Central Connecticut State last weekend. Saint Francis is currently in fourth place with seven conference wins, their most since the 2010 season.
Elizabeth Williams (North Bend, Ohio/Saint Ursula) will look to become the fourth player in program history to reach 1,000 career kills. Williams has recorded 990 in her illustrious Saint Francis career.
Saint Francis has two remaining home volleyball matches this upcoming weekend against Fairleigh Dickinson and current No. 5 seed Sacred Heart.
