Philadelphia, Pa. (April 25, 2014) – Freshman
Emma O'Hara (Abingdon, England/Larkmead School) made history by breaking a 14-year school hammer-throw record held by Saint Francis Hall of Famer Nicole Hollman on Thursday to highlight day two of the Penn Relays for the Red Flash women's track and field team.
O'Hara's record-setting throw of 58.98 meters broke Hollman's record by 9'2"and gave her team a gold medal in the event. Hollman's record was the oldest Red Flash Individual record, dating back to 2000.

Paris Cotman (Richmond, Va./Meadowbrook), and
Mykael Dixon (Baltimore, Md./Milford Mills) finished 59th with a season best time of 3:56.69. That mark places the 4x400m team eighth on the university's all-time list.
The Saint Francis track and field team will compete on Friday in day three of the Penn Relays.
