WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

>> Saint Francis claimed 17 top 20 finishes.

Nina Connors placed first in the 3000m Steeple.
>> The Red Flash had eight top 10 performances.
FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team accumulated eight top 20 finishes after day one.
Nina Connors finished in first place with a time of 10:48.25 in the 3000m Steeple. This is a new Saint Francis program record.
Morgan McNaughton took 18th place in the 1500m with a time of 4:41.95.
Anna Quackenbush placed 16th with a time of 17:59.56 in the 5000m invite.
Sophomore
Isabella Leger took 11th for the Red Flash. She competed in the 10000m with a time of 41:18.53.
Rylee Nicklas threw 41.50m in the hammer finals to take 19th place.
Aubrie Wells placed third with a clear of 3.45m in pole vault group B.
Freshman
Karsyn Ford and sophomore
Claire Henry but finished 11th and 14th in pole vault group A. They both cleared 3.15m.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The men's team registered nine top 20 performances on day one.
Jayden Foster took 17th place in the long jump with a leap of 6.77m.
Sophomore
Ayden Martinage placed eighth with a clear of 1.85m in men's high jump.
Braydon Beach placed 18th with 1.75m in the same contest.
Dugan Chase threw a personal best of 56.49m in javelin to take second place. Austin Gray and
Ethan Stroup were not too far behind claiming 10th and 12th place. Gray threw 49.95m and Stroup threw 49.22m.
Sophomore
Owen Degnan took fifth place with a throw of 51.55m. This became his personal best in the hammer throw.
Vincent Franco and
Joseph Sevison finished ninth and 10th. Franco had 49.24m and Sevison had 48.90m.
