Nina Connors (Adamstown, Md./Tuscarora) was named NEC Track Athlete of the Week after her incredible performance last weekend at the Charlotte 49er Classic. Connors placed first in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:48.25. This time broke the Saint Francis school record.

Clark Gulycz, and Joseph Sevsion were all named Prime Performers after top finishes during the outdoor meet this past weekend.
Sophomore Nicklas (Saint Marys, Pa./Saint Marys) threw 41.50m in the hammer finals to take 19th place. Nicklas alsoo placed ninth in javelin with a launch of 33.57m.
Sophomore Chase (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) collected a personal best of 56.49m in javelin to take second place.
Sophomore Gulycz (Whitehall, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) claimed second in shot put after a personal best of 17.33m.
Junior Sevison (York, Pa./Central York) took sixth with a personal best of 46.88m in discus. He even finished 10th in hammer throw with 48.90m.
Saint Francis track and field heads down the road to Selinsgrove, Pa. to Amos Alonzo Stagg Field. Susquehanna is hosting the Jim Taylor Duals where the Red Flash will be competing on both Friday and Saturday.
