Khairi Dickson (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Central Catholic). He's rushed for 608 yards in the team's first three games to lead the NCAA, and he's backed by freshman
Marcus Bagley (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/Cleveland Heights). Bagley is ranked 10th in the Northeast Conference in rushing yards and also has two rushing touchdowns. The Youngstown State rushing defense has been stout so far this year, allowing just over 114 yards per game on the ground, third in its conference and 27th in the nation.

Youngstown State wide receiver Jelani Berassa is ranked sixth in the nation in receiving yards with 320, and he's eighth in receiving touchdowns with three. Along with leading the conference in those two categories, he's also first in the Missouri Valley Conference with 5.3 receptions per game. The Saint Francis pass defense is off to another great start after finishing the 2013 season ranked seventh in the nation.
