LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis football team returns home this Saturday as it hosts Robert Morris for Senior Day. Kickoff is at Noon at DeGol Field with a live stream on NEC Front Row. Before the team turns its attention to the Colonials, let's take a look back at the 22-13 win over Central Connecticut State.
Notes from Central Connecticut StateTeam- With the win over CCSU, the Red Flash earned its sixth win of the season. SFU has six wins in a season for the first time since 1992 and has guaranteed a winning record for the first time since 1992.
- A victory over RMU would give Saint Francis a seventh win for the fifth time in program history.
- For the fourth straight year, SFU has at least three conference wins. With a win vs. Robert Morris, the Red Flash will tie its most NEC wins in a season from 2012. However, it is the first time that SFU has started 3-1 in NEC play.
- With the victory against CCSU,
Chris Villarrial earned his 23rd career win, tying Joe Savage (1911-12, 1917, 1919) for third all-time at SFU.
- Saint Francis has scored 22 or more points in its last five games while also gaining at least 324 yards in each.
- SFU went four-for-four in the red zone at CCSU, with three field goals and a touchdown. Saint Francis has converted 32-of-33 chances in the red zone this season to lead the FCS.
- The Red Flash gained 104 rushing yards on Saturday, giving them six games this year with 100 or more. SFU also has 200 or more passing yards in six different games, including 220 yards vs. CCSU.
- SFU held CCSU to 13 points, giving them back to back games holding opponents under 20 points.
- In conference play, the Red Flash has allowed only four offensive touchdowns in four games.
- Saint Francis gave up only 83 passing yards vs. CCSU, the second opponent SFU has held under 100 yards. ETSU was held to 93 yards.
- The Red Flash had a season-high six sacks at CCSU as well as 10 tackles for loss. SFU was just one sack shy of tying the team record for sacks in a game. SFU had seven tacks vs. Saint Peter's in 1987 and La Salle in 2002.
- Saint Francis had a season-low three penalties for just 30 yards.
Individual- Kicker
Lance Geesey (Harrisburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) hit a school and NEC-record five field goals. The junior connected on attempts of 46, 46, 30, 21 and 35 yards. Geesey also converted his only extra point attempt of the day to outscore CCSU 16-13.
- Geesey is one of three FCS kickers with five field goals in a game this year, all of them accomplished that this weekend.
- The Harrisburg, Pa. native is 16-of-17 on the year (94 percent), including five-of-six from 40 yards or more. He leads the FCS in field goal percentage and is tied for first in the nation, averaging two makes per game.
- For his efforts, Geesey was named STATS FCS National Special Teams Player of the Week as well as NEC Co-Special Teams Player of the Week.

Khairi Dickson (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Central Catholic) topped 100 yards rushing for the fourth time this year and 14th time of his career. The senior gained 105 yards on 24 carries, including a two-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Dickson now has 724 yards and eight touchdowns on the season.

Zack Drayer (Hershey, Pa./Hershey ) completed 21-of-34 passes for 220 yards, topping 200 for the fifth straight game. He now has a new season-high for his career with 1,654 yards with two games to go.
- Senior
Anthony Abeid (Youngstown, Ohio/Youngstown Christian) has made a big impact the last few games. After a seven catch, 103-yard performance vs. Sacred Heart, the Youngstown native hauled in seven receptions for 74 yards. Abeid, who has split time between running back and receiver in his career, topped 1,000 for his career on a 10-yard reception in the first quarter.
Terell Smith (West Haverstraw, N.Y./North Rockland) added five catches for 61 yards, while freshman
Kamron Lewis (Fresno, Calif./Edison) contributed three receptions for 32 yards.
- Linebacker
Solomon Leaeno (Kapolei, Hawaii/James Campbell) has put together back-to-back 11 tackle performances, including seven solo, three for loss and half a sack at CCSU.
Semo Sila (Honolulu, Hawaii /Farrington) added eight tackles, with half a sack, while
Lorenzo Jerome (Sunrise, Fla./J.P. Taravella) had seven tackles, a pass breakup and also half a sack. Junior nose tackle
Wesley Nagaseu (Waipahu, Hawaii/Waipahu) was a beast in the middle of the defense, with 2.5 tackles for loss and two sacks.
Louie Gartner (Paramus, N.J./Paramus Catholic) and
Erik Walker (Clairton, Pa. /Clairton) each contributed a sack and
Angelo Perrucci (Easton, Pa./Wilson Area) broke up two passes.

Tyler Heisey (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) recovered a key fumble on a muffed punt by CCSU's Najae Brown. The recovery setup Dickson's two-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter.
Records Watch- With a win on Saturday, Head Coach
Chris Villarrial will move into a tie for third place at SFU with 23 career wins. He is currently one win behind Joe Savage (1911-12, 1917, 1919).
- Dickson is now 421 yards away from second all-time in career rushing yards, trailing Todd Harris(2003-06). Dickson now has 2,993 yards, with a chance to top 3,000 in his career this weekend.
- Dickson has 25 career rushing TDs, 11 behind Kyle Harbridge(2009-13).
- He also has 580 career carries, 126 behind Michael Hall (2000-03).

Terell Smith (West Haverstraw, N.Y./North Rockland) moved into a tie for fifth place in career TD receptions vs. Sacred Heart. He now has 11, tied with A.J. Alexander (2011-12) and two behind Luke Palko (2003-06).
- Smith now has the fourth-most yards in a single season in program history. He has 813, trailing Michael Caputo's 2006 season with 857 yards. Smith is also within reach of Antoine Rivera's 885 yards in 2007.
- With two pass breakups on Saturday,
DaQuan Minter (Johnstown, Pa./Greater Johnstown) moved into fifth place all-time at SFU. With 26 career breakups, he is three behind Michael Bowman (2002-05).
- Geesey now has 45 career field goals. He needs one more to tie Sacred Heart's Chris Rogers (2011-14) for the NEC career record.
- Geesey also needs two field goals to tie his season-high and NEC record of 18 in 2014.
