LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis Red Flash women's volleyball team looks to snap a six-game losing streak as they host the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils on Saturday at 4p.m. and the Bryant Bulldogs on Sunday for Senior Day as the Flash conclude the regular season at 1 p.m.

ABOUT THE FLASHSaint Francis comes into the weekend at 4-23 overall and 2-10 in the NEC. The Red Flash fell to Fairleigh Dickinson last Saturday and Sacred Heart last Sunday in three straight sets.
Chelsea Easter (Burlington, Ontario, Canada/Notre Dame Roman Catholic) led the Flash with nine kills, while
Jenna Veres (Independence, Ohio/Padua Franciscan) had a game-high 25 digs.
Lauren Williams (Reno, Nev./Damonte Ranch) tallied 19 assists against FDU.

Easter led the squad for the second straight game in kills, finishing with seven,
Emily Marcinowski (Strongsville, Ohio/Padua Franciscan) added six and Kutny finished with four kills and added a game-high 15 digs.
Sophie Murdock (Lake Orion, Mich./Lake Orion ) contributed with two blocks and Williams finished the game against Sacred Heart with 18 assists.

Kutny leads the offensive attack for the Flash with 243 kills, and is currently 10
th in the conference with an average of 2.54 per game. Veres paces the Red Flash defense with 369 digs, an average just below four digs per game, which ranks fifth in the Northeast Conference.
Amelia Metzler (Littleton, Colo./Chatfield) is fourth in the conference averaging 7.27 assists per game and has accounted for 538 assists on the season.

ABOUT THE BLUE DEVILSCentral Connecticut State enters Saturday's match with an 11-14 overall record and is 3-9 in the conference. CCSU has dropped seven of their last eight games. The Blue Devils fell to Bryant, 3-1, last Friday. Makenna Lommori led the Blue Devils with eight kills and 15 assists, while Cassidy Stankowski added 11 digs.

CCSU averages 2.49 blocks per game, which is first in the Northeast Conference. Lommori's 7.83 assists per game ranks third in the NEC. Rachel Fish is fourth in the NEC with 4.35 digs, while Maddie Smith and Brooke Schwab are ranked second and third in the conference in blocks per game.

Last time out, the Red Flash rallied back from down two sets to one to win 16-14 in the fifth set. Cup and her 16 kills and an impressive .394 hitting percentage led four Flashes in double figures. Veres had a team-high 24 digs, while Metzler had a match-high 56 assists.

ABOUT THE BULLDOGSBryant is currently tied for first place in the NEC with LIU Brooklyn with a 10-2 conference record and are 19-11 overall. The Bulldogs knocked off Central Connecticut State, 3-1, last Friday. Three Bulldogs players recorded double-digit kills. Vika Nesterov registered 50 assists, while Debora Magalahes finished with 38 digs.

Bryant ranks second in the NEC in hitting percentage per game (.199), assists per game (11.94) kills per game (12.87) and digs per game (16.29). Magalahes leads the conference in digs per sit with 5.51, which ranks 11
th in the NCAA. Bryant's Magalahes is second in the NCAA in digs with 617. Nesterov 's 8.01 assists per game is second in the conference.

After winning the first set 25-21, Saint Francis fell to Bryant, 3-1.
Breanna Opera (Lancaster, N.Y./Lancaster ) led the way for the Flash with 11 kills and four aces. Metzler led the group with 37 of the teams 40 assists. Veres led SFU with 16 digs.
