LORETTO, Pa. (May 29, 2015) – The Saint Francis University DeGol Field new turf project is in full swing here late in May.
 
The new turf features black end zones with red writing, while midfield now sports SFU's main 'Block Logo'. It is the first new turf DeGol Field has received since its original installation of an artificial SportExe surface in 2005.
 
The DeGol Field turf is the current home of SFU's football, field hockey, women's lacrosse, and sometimes both soccer programs.  
 
Following this project, Saint Francis U will get new turf at the Stokes Soccerplex and the Red Flash Softball Field later in the summer.
