Jerome became the NEC's first ever four-time First Team selection on November 23 when he was named a First Team defensive back.  He was also named First Team as a return specialist, his third All-NEC selection as a returner.

He led the conference, and is tied for third in the nation, with six interceptions this year.  He had two picks each against No. 13 Montana and Robert Morris.  He had one interception each against Albany and Malone.  With 18 career picks, he has the most among any current FCS player and finished his SFU career second all-time in interceptions.  He is also second all-time in interceptions in the NEC.
