LORETTO, Pa. – The No. 15 Saint Francis men's volleyball team concludes its regular season this weekend against George Mason and the University of Charleston. Both matches are scheduled for 7 p.m.

ABOUT THE FLASHÂ
Saint Francis travels to George Mason on Friday with playoff implications on the line. Both teams are tied with an identical 8-4 conference record, with SFU holding the tiebreaker. Overall, Saint Francis holds a 17-8 record on the season. SFU is coming off a weekend sweep against Sacred Heart and Harvard. The Flash swept the Pioneers, and downed the Crimson, 3-2, on Saturday on Senior Day.

Mike Marshman (Glenmont, N.Y./Bethlehem Central) had an impressive showing last weekend. Â The senior raised his hitting percentage 99 points over the weekend to .418, which leads the EIVA and ranks seventh in the NCAA. Marshman is tied for the league lead in blocks per set (1.03). Â Marshman earned his second consecutive EIVA Defensive of Player of the Week award on Monday and his third overall.

Jeff Hogan (Northern Cambria, Pa./Northern Cambria) (310) and
Stephen Braswell (Manchester, Pa./Northeastern) (307) ranks third and fourth, respectively in the EIVA in kills.
Gabe Woffindin (Allentown, Pa./William Allen) ranks fourth in the conference with 209 digs, while Braswell ranks five.
Daniel Ford (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) 's 9.93 assists per set are third in the conference.

ABOUT THE PATROITS Â
GMU has won nine of their last 10 matches, including six-straight conference wins. The Patriots are 14-11 overall and 8-4 in the EIVA. George Mason swept NJIT and Princeton, 3-0, last week. Paco Velez led the Patriots with 24 kills during the two-game span.
Johnny Gomez leads the conference in digs per set (2.88) and is second in digs (230). Velez's 0.39 services aces ranks first in the EIVA, while Christian Malias' 0.37 service aces per set is second. Brian Negron is second in the conference in assists per set with 10.68.

The Flash defeated the Patriots, 3-0, on Feb. 26. GMU holds a 13-34 series advantage over SFU.

ABOUT THE GOLDEN EAGLESÂ
The Golden Eagles own a 4-22 overall record and are 0-12 in the EIVA. Charleston is on a 14-game losing streak. UC fell to Alderson Broaddus, 0-3, last Friday.
Eugene Stuart led the Golden Eagles with 10 kills against the Battlers. Stuart leads Charleston with 153 kills, while Rajahi Moxey averages 2.11 kills per set and 0.75 blocks per set. Anthony Rivera has dished out 465 assists on the season, while Indy Nenn paces the Golden Eagles' defense with 139 digs.
