BROXVILLE, N.Y. – Saint Francis men's volleyball landed four on the 2016 All-EIVA Team announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Mike Marshman (Glenmont, N.Y./Bethlehem Central) and
Stephen Braswell (Manchester, Pa./Northeastern) earned first-team honors, while
Daniel Ford (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) and
Jeff Hogan (Northern Cambria, Pa./Northern Cambria) were selected as second-team All-EIVA.

Marshman was named first-team All-EIVA for the second consecutive year. Marshman joins Jordan Varee has the only players in program history to be named to four All-EIVA selections. Marshman has led the EIVA in hitting percentage the entire season. The senior has a .406 hitting percentage, which is first in the EIVA and 10th in the NCAA. The Glenmont, N.Y. native averages 1.01 blocks per set, which is tied for second in the EIVA. The middle hitter was named EIVA Defensive Player of the Week three times this season.

Braswell finished his redshirt sophomore campaign with 326 kills, which ranked fourth in the EIVA. The Manchester Pa. native collected 166 digs and 27 total blocks. His 30 service aces lead the team. In a win over Penn State back in March, the 6-2 outside hitter recorded a season-high 20 kills and added 10 digs. Braswell was named EIVA Offensive Player of the Week twice and was named AVCA Player of the Week during the season.

As the team's primary setter, Ford dished out 824 assists during his junior season. His 9.93 assist per set average ranked him third among all setters in the EIVA. The native from Newton, Pa. recorded 110 digs, 41 total blocks and 51 kills. Ford finished the season with 16 matches with 40 or more assists and five matches with 50 or more assists.

Hogan finished with a team-best 331 kills and ended the regular season third in the conference in kills. Hogan's defense was strong as well, collecting 173 digs on the season, which was fifth best in the conference. Hogan finished the regular season with two matches with 20 or more kills. The Northern Cambria, Pa. native was named EIVA Defensive Player of the Week and EIVA Offensive Player of the Week twice throughout the season.Â
