Selinsgrove, Pa.-  Your Saint Francis Red Flash Track and Field teams posted strong showings at the Susquehanna Indoor Challenge most notably Catie Jaskowak (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area)'s 1st place finish in the Mile Run and Michael Strosko (Eighty-Four, Pa./Canon-McMillan)'s 1st place result in the 3000 Meter Race.   
 
Women's Results
 
Weight Throw: Victoria Harper (Avon Lake, Ohio/Avon Lake) 7th and Michelle Hildebrand (Revloc, Pa./Central Cambria) 19th.
 
Long Jump: Dayna DeSalve (DuBois, Pa./DuBois Area/) 9th and Jade Canak (China, Maine/Erskine Academy) 20th.
 
Triple Jump: Shayla Rivers (Sicklerville, N.J./Winslow Township) 8th, Dayna DeSalve (DuBois, Pa./DuBois Area/) 9th and Jade Canak (China, Maine/Erskine Academy) 12th.
 
High Jump: Nicole Egan (McDonald, Pa./South Fayette) 6th. Egan improved her personal best in the high jump by 0.75" with her clearance of 4' 11.75".  With that, she moved from 7^th to 6^th on the SFU all-time performance list in this event.
 
Shot Put: Victoria Harper (Avon Lake, Ohio/Avon Lake) 3rd. Harper improved her personal best in the shot put by two inches with her mark of 41' 3", taking third in the meet.  That mark landed her in a tie for 9^th on the SFU all-time performance list in this event.
 
3000 Meter: Angel Barber (Camp Hill, Pa./East Pennsboro) 2nd, Madison Wright (Eaton, Ohio/Twin Valley South) 5th and Lynnsey Ohm (South Park, Pa./South Park) 26th. 
 
60 Meter Hurdles: Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) 4th and Shayla Rivers (Sicklerville, N.J./Winslow Township) 11th. Davis made her 60m hurdle debut, taking 6^th place in the final with a time of 9.48 seconds.  But, it was her 9.31 clocking in the preliminary that landed her at 5^th on the SFU all-time performance list in this event.
 
60 Meter Hurdles Final: Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) 6th.
 
60 Meter Dash: Monica Lohmann (Gibsonia, Pa./Our Lady of Sacred Heart) 3rd and Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) 8th.
 
60 Meter Dash Final: Monica Lohmann (Gibsonia, Pa./Our Lady of Sacred Heart) took 4^th in the 60m Dash, matching her personal best time of 8.22. 

1 Mile Run: Catie Jaskowak (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) 1st, Morgan Kiebler (Export, Pa./Kiski) 2nd, Hannah Weber (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) 6th, Laura Roth (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) 7th and Danae Peters (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central) 8th. Jaskowak was the lone winner for the Saint Francis women, as she captured her first collegiate victory in the mile with a personal best time of 5:16.46. Kiebler took second with her own personal best time of 5:19.38.
 
400 Meter: Kiana Robinson (Brookeville, Md./Sherwood) 5th, Zoe Wicks (Pennsylvania Furnace, Pa./State College) 9th, Anna Lohmann (Gibsonia, Pa./Our Lady of Sacred Heart) 12th and Abigail Wolfe (East Brady, Pa./Karns City) 23rd. Robinson took 5th in the 400m Dash with a time of 1:03.54. 

800 Meter: Taya Whitfield (Marion Center, Pa./Marion Center) 7th, Nicole Neborg (Ambler, Pa./Hatboro Horsham) 21st, Corissa McCalister (Steubenville, Ohio) 40th and Moira Fiebig (Milford, Ohio/Mount Notre Dame) 50th.
 
200 Meter: Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) 9th, Monica Lohmann (Gibsonia, Pa./Our Lady of Sacred Heart) 14th, Anna Lohmann (Gibsonia, Pa./Our Lady of Sacred Heart) 17th, Kiana Robinson (Brookeville, Md./Sherwood) 19th, Zoe 21st, and Abigail Wolfe (East Brady, Pa./Karns City) 23rd.
 
5000 Meter: Kayla Brennan (DuBois, Pa./DuBois Area) 4th and Ashley Lafferty (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) 11th.

Men's Results
 
Weight Throw: Benjamin Ross (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) 3rd.
 
Pole Vault: Easton Plummer (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg) 2nd and Jesse Switzer NH. Plummer took second in the pole vault, matching his personal best clearance of 14' 9". 

Shot Put: Benjamin Ross (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) took second in the shot put with a mark of 47 '11.25".  That distance was a 21" improvement on his personal and propelled him to 10^th on the SFU all-time performance list in this event.  Ross also took third in the weight throw with a mark of 49' 3.75".
 
3000 Meter: Michael Strosko (Eighty-Four, Pa./Canon-McMillan) 1st, Tommy Somerville (Perth, Ontatio, Canada/Perth and District Collegiate Institute) 3rd, Zachery White 4th, Brian Hackman (Warriors Mark, Pa./St. Joseph Catholic Academy) 8th and Ian Gabig (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) 9th.
 
60 Meter Dash: Kenneth Barnes JR 17th, Jesse Switzer 29th and Jordan Island (West Haven, Conn./St. Joseph) 31st.
