Emmitsburg, Md- Your Saint Francis Red Flash track and field teams finished up competition in the NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships yesterday as the men's team earned 138 points to win third place and the women's squad had 81 points to finish sixth.
   
In the 100 Meter Dash, Christopher Frederick (Woodbridge, Va./Gar-Field) finished in third place (10.72) and Donavan Spencer (Weirton, W. Va./Weir) placed eighth (11.04) in the finals.
 
For the 200 Meter Dash, Christopher Frederick (Woodbridge, Va./Gar-Field) finished fourth (21.77) in the finals.
 
In the 800 Meter Dash, Colin Kelly (Scranton, Pa./West Scranton) finished fifth (1:57.00).
 
For the 1500 Meter Run, Jeremie Venne (Greely, Ontario, Canada/Ecole secondaire catholique Franco-Cite/ University of Ottawa) earned bronze (4:06.24) and Michael Strosko (Eighty-Four, Pa./Canon-McMillan) placed twelfth (4:17.88).
 
Bryce England (Williamsburg, Pa./Williamsburg), in a fitting coda to his college career, won the 5000 Meter Run with a time of 14:32.85. Ian Gabig (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) finished sixth (15:04.61) and Zachery Salek (Oakdale, Pa./West Allegheny) placed ninth (15:25.28).
 
Dashaun Jackson (Harrisburg, Pa./Harrisburg) won gold in the 110 Meter Hurdles with a mark of 14.39 and Jay Stone (York, Pa./Central York) finished fourth (15.04).
 
In the 400 Meter Hurdles, Jay Stone (York, Pa./Central York) won gold (53.67) and Khailen Carroll (Gwynn Oak, Md./Baltimore Polytechnic Institute) placed sixth (56.91).
 
For the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, Michael Strosko (Eighty-Four, Pa./Canon-McMillan) finished fourth (9:37.58), Keenan Walker (Reedsville, Pa./Mifflin County) placed seventh (10:02.34) and Landon Reed (Windsor, N.Y./Windsor Central) placed ninth (10:06.04).
 
The 4x100 Meter Relay team of Christian McFadden (Odenton, Md./Arundel), Christopher Frederick (Woodbridge, Va./Gar-Field), Dashaun Jackson (Harrisburg, Pa./Harrisburg) and Donavan Spencer (Weirton, W. Va./Weir) finished third (41.91) and earned IC4A Qualification.
 
The 4x400 Meter Relay team of Jay Stone (York, Pa./Central York), Keith Leckenby (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair), Dashaun Jackson (Harrisburg, Pa./Harrisburg) and Christopher Frederick (Woodbridge, Va./Gar-Field) finished third (3:24.34).
 
In the Triple Jump, Mark Njenga (Ephrata, Pa./Ephrata) leaped to bronze (14.14m) and John Proctor (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) earned ninth (13.09m).
 
Benjamin Ross (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) finished first (56.44) and Sean Donoughe (Altoona, Pa,/Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic/) placed eighteenth (32.93) in the Hammer Toss.
 
In the Javelin toss, Benjamin Ross (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) finished fourth (56.28m), Sean Donoughe (Altoona, Pa,/Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic/) placed fifth (54.72m) and Alexander Tietjens (Huntingdon, Pa./Huntingdon Area) earned eleventh (42.59m).
   
In the 800 Meter Dash, Hannah Jones (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) finished fifth (2:16.97).
 
For the 1500 Meter Run, Hannah Weber (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) placed fifth (4:47.03), Madison Wright (Eaton, Ohio/Twin Valley South) finished seventh (4:55.69) and Catie Jaskowak (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) earned eighth (4:56.14).
 
In the 5000 Meter Run, Morgan Kiebler (Export, Pa./Kiski) placed sixth (17:47.34), Angel Barber (Camp Hill, Pa./East Pennsboro) earned seventh (17:48.26), Madison Wright (Eaton, Ohio/Twin Valley South) finished tenth (18:25.14), Kayla Brennan (DuBois, Pa./DuBois Area) placed twelfth (18:35.68) and Laura Roth (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) won seventeenth (19:01.68).
 
Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) won silver (14.67) in the 100 Meter Hurdles.
 
Catie Jaskowak (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) finished fourth (11:11.29) and Lynnsey Ohm (South Park, Pa./South Park) placed twelfth (13:17.83) in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase.
 
The 4x400 Meter Relay team of Zoe Wicks (Pennsylvania Furnace, Pa./State College), Hannah Jones (Hershey, Pa./Hershey), Kiara-Ann Davis (Virginia Beach, Va./Tallwood) and Hannah Weber (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) placed eighth (4:08.05).
 
In the Pole Vault, Grace Baldessaro (Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area) won silver (3.80m), Taylor Thurnherr (Hamburg, N.Y./Hamburg) placed fourth (3.70m), Alyssa Sniechoski (Oxford, Pa./Oxford Area) earned seventh (3.45m) and Taylor Weaver (Butler, Pa./Butler) finished eighth (3.45m).
 
For the Triple Jump, Dayna DeSalve (DuBois, Pa./DuBois Area/) finished fourteenth (10.20m) and Shayla Rivers (Sicklerville, N.J./Winslow Township) registered a NM.
 
In the Hammer throw, Michelle Hildebrand (Revloc, Pa./Central Cambria) finished eighth (43.05m), Victoria Harper (Avon Lake, Ohio/Avon Lake) placed eleventh (41.16m) and Sarah Lash (Clearfield, Pa./Clearfield Area) earned twenty-first (33.22m).
 
Sara Phelan (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt (Harrisburg)) won gold (46.07m), Michelle Hildebrand (Revloc, Pa./Central Cambria) earned silver (41.92m), Sarah Lash (Clearfield, Pa./Clearfield Area) finished ninth (33.16m) and Carissa Lorimer (Orwigsburg, Pa./Blue Mountain) placed tenth (32.95m) in the Javelin.
