Loretto, Pa.- The Saint Francis swimming team heads to Youngstown, Ohio to duel the Youngstown State Penguins and the Illinois Fighting Illini in the YSU Tri-Meet. 

Last time out, the Red Flash sank the Siena Saints, 120-70 as Saint Francis swept all eleven events. Karilyn Quon (Tempe, Ariz./Corona del Sol) won the 200 IM and the 500 Freestyle. Annabelle McCullough (Mercersburg, PA./James Buchanan High School) clinched victories in the 100 Butterfly and 200 Freestyle. 

Scouting Youngstown State and Illinois

The Penguins are 0-5 this season. Both YSU and SFU have a loss against Bowling Green.

The Fighting Illini are 5-4 on the year. 

Series History

The Red Flash are 13-6 all-time against the Penguins. The meet with Illinois will be the first with the Illini in SFU history and the first ever meet versus a BIG 10 school that isn't regional rival Penn State.
