WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's tennis team (3-6) lost to Bucknell (1-0) by a 5-2 margin on Sunday.
Romina Cutipa and
Marie Discini each won their singles match in straight sets to earn points for the Red Flash.

SINGLES
Discini earned the first point for Saint Francis, beating Bucknell's Ayuso in straight sets at No. 5 singles, 6-2, 6-3. Cutipa won her No. 4 singles match against Miller 6-2, 7-5.
At No. 3 singles,
Nagisa Miyake went back-and-forth with the Bisons' Seidlin. Miyake took the first set by a 7-5 mark but Seidlin took the second set by the same margin. Seidlin prevailed in the third set, 10-3.
Dominique Yeo played a close match at No. 1 singles against Bellini, but ultimately lost 7-5, 6-4. At No. 2 singles,
Anouk Ma-Ajong fell to Koch 7-5, 6-0.
DOUBLES
Bucknell won at both No. 1 and No. 2 doubles to take the doubles point. Ma-Ajong and Miyake fell short against Bellini and Miller at No. 2 doubles, 6-4. Yeo and Cutipa lost to Koch and Seidlin 6-2 at No. 1 doubles.
