Saint Francis University men's volleyball will start a six-game home stretch this weekend by taking on the Pioneers of Sacred Heart University on Friday, March at 25 at 7:00 p.m. Followed by a matchup to Harvard University on Saturday, March 26 at 4:00 p.m.

The Red Flash squad currently sits at 7-0 at home being among seven teams nationally still unbeaten at home.
THE WORD ON THE PIONEERS
Most recently, Sacred Heart men's volleyball defeated East Nazarene College in four sets after taking back-to-back losses to Harvard University in four sets. The Crimson stand at 7-11 overall and 1-9 in the EIVA.
In the squad's recent victory over East Nazarene, Mark Berry led the Pioneers with 15 kills. While Patrick Mucherino collected eight kills, six digs, six blocks and seven serving aces for the Fairfield, Conn., squad.
THE WORD ON THE CRIMSON
Harvard University men' volleyball most recently recorded its sixth consecutive EIVA win with two consecutive victories over the Pioneers last weekend. Ethan Smith, Campbell Schoenfeld and James Bardin all earned EIVA Honorable Mention this week after their grand performances.
Smith put up 25 kills and only two errors to hit a .659 in the squad's victories over Sacred Heart. While Schoenfeld had 30 kills, 11 digs, five blocks and one serving ace on the weekend. Schoenfeld ranks eighth nationally with 2.44 digs per set.
Harvard currently sits at third in the conference with an overall record of 8-8 and 6-2 in the EIVA. The Crimson will face the Nittany Lions of Penn State University on Friday, March 25 before heading to Loretto.
LAST TIME OUT
Most recently, the Red Flash had a tough weekend after two straight set losses to George Mason University and Princeton University.
Despite going 0-2 on the weekend,
Joshua Blair earned EIVA Honorable Mention this week after having a hitting percentage of .474 with two blocks, two aces and a dig on the weekend.
Nathan Zini led in kills in the teams match against George Mason with 12 in the game.
Andrew Deardorff led overall with 13 digs on the weekend.
The Red Flash currently sit at fourth in the EIVA at 6-4 and 12-8 overall.
LAST TIME WE MET
The last time the Red Flash faced both the Pioneers and the Crimson was on each of their courts earlier this season.
Saint Francis men's volleyball defeated Sacred Heart over five sets earlier this season in Fairfield, Conn. The Red Flash hold the overall record against the Pioneers at 28-4.
The Red Flash squad last defeated Harvard over four sets in Cambridge, Mass. The overall series is almost tied between the two programs. However, the Crimson hold the advantage at 13-12 overall.
