Men's and Women's Tennis Drop First Weekend Matchup to Northern Kentucky

BOX SCORE 1 | BOX SCORE 2 LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University men's tennis falls 4-0, and women's tennis takes a 6-1 loss in matches against Northern Kentucky.

Singles
Northern Kentucky took all-three completed singles matches during the night. The remaining three matches were incomplete after the Norse clinched the victory with their first three wins.
 
Doubles
Northern Kentucky earned two wins to clinch the doubles point and the remaining match, No. 1 doubles, was marked incomplete in a 4-4 tie. Marc Fuste and Fabio Varella were the duo for Saint Francis in No. 1 doubles .

Valeria Vinces won her No. 5 singles match 7-6, 6-4 to earn Saint Francis' only point of the match. Bente Vandeputte had the closest margin of defeat in her 2-6, 6-4, 3-6 loss in No. 3 singles.  
 
Doubles
Northern Kentucky earned the doubles point with wins in all-three matches. All three doubles matches were decided 6-3 in favor of Northern Kentucky.
