SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Kevin Titus Suresh grinded out a three-set win on Monday to capture the 2026 ITA Division III Men's Northeast Regional.

He defeated Yuval Goodman from tournament host Skidmore College (4-6, 6-3, 6-3).

Suresh will now represent Saint Francis University at next month's ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia. As a result of his victory, Suresh has also earned automatic All-America status for the 2026-27 season.

The junior from Bengaluru, India is now in his third season with Saint Francis. He entered the tournament as the top-seeded player in the main draw.

Suresh got out to a fast start in the first set going up 3-1, but Goodman's strong serve allowed his to gain the advantage. It was the only set Suresh lost during the entire tournament.

Saint Francis head coach Eric Hovan said Suresh got a little tentative, but in the second and third  sets he began dictating the play.

"Kevin was able to front run the last two sets getting up 5-1. He had enough margin to withstand a really good player who competed really well," Hovan said.

Suresh has set the standard for the Saint Francis program. His freshman season he won NEC Rookie of the Year Honors. And last year we won the NEC Singles Title to earn a trip to the ITA Masters Tournament.

"It's awesome to see good things happen to great people," Hovan said after the victory. "They don't make them better than Kevin. We're all really happy for him."
