WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Saint Francis University men's volleyball will take on Princeton University for the first round of the EIVA Tournament in Rec Hall at host school, Penn State University on Wednesday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets for the EIVA Tournament are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for youth (12 and under). Groups of 20 or more people can be purchased by calling 1-800-NITTANY for a special price of $4.00/ticket. In addition, all students are free with university ID.
Parking will be available at the Nittany Lion Deck on match day. Parking can be prepaid through
ParkMobile. Parking will cost $5.50 if prepaid or $10 on game day. Prepayment is available through 11:59 p.m. the day prior to the event.

THE WORD ON THE TIGERS
The Tigers currently stand on a seven-match win streak that started with a straight set sweep over the Red Flash. The last three victories for the Tigers have come in straight sets over George Mason once and Sacred Heart twice. The Tigers enter the EIVA Tournament as the No. 4 seed with a 10-6 conference record. Ben Harrington leads the EIVA in service aces per set at 0.60. In addition, Harrington also leads the Tigers in kills, digs and aces on the season with 260, 118 and 49, respectively.
LAST TIME OUT
Most recently, Saint Francis took a 3-1 (25-23, 25-17, 25-21, 26-24) loss to The University of Charleston in Charleston, W. Va., to close out regular season action. The Red Flash won the second set, but the Golden Eagles were able to come up with first, third and fourth sets. Despite the loss,
Nathan Zini led the way for the Red Flash with 18 kills and notched a new career game best of 26 total attacks.
Alex Finch followed closely behind with 14 kills on the day. While
Zac Cabral put up a new career high of seven blocks and
AJ Schmidt collected a new single game career best of 11 digs.
LAST TIME WE MET
Princeton holds the overall advantage over the Red Flash with an overall series record of 14-38. The Tigers and Red Flash are even this season with a 1-1 record for the 2022 season. The Red Flash defeated the Tigers over four sets in Loretto, Pa. While the Tigers defeated the Red Flash in straight sets in Princeton, N.J.

If the Red Flash claim the win over the Tigers, the squad will move on in the EIVA Tournament to the Semifinals to face Penn State University on Thursday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m.
