» The Saint Francis University outdoor track & field teams competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships over the weekend in Williamsburg, Virginia.
» The Red Flash men finished eighth with 33.33 points, while the Red Flash women placed 17th with 27 points.
» The women's 4x100m relay team of Mylan Crews (West Alexandria, Ohio), Maria Ferraro (Mechanicsburg, Pa.), Jalurah Moore (Blakeslee, Pa.) and Aaliyah Vandergift (Lindenwold, N.J.) broke the program record on Saturday.
» Ardonntrell Williams (Voorhees, N.J.) guided the Red Flash men with his event victory in the 110m hurdles.

FLASH WOMEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
The 4x100m relay team of Crews, Ferraro, Moore and Vandergrift kicked off the weekend with a school record breaking time of 46.26. The quartet previously broke the program record with a time of 46.30 at the Red Flash Open in 2021. The team won the event at the ECAC Championships in 2021.
In the 100m dash, Moore crossed the finish line at 11.96 to tie her personal best and to place third. Crews took sixth with a time of 12.13.
Moore also competed in the 200m dash, taking fifth after finishing with a time of 24.15 – a second shy of her personal best. Moore's performance over the weekend contributed 12.5 points to the Red Flash women's overall point total.
Madeline Murphy (Cresson, Pa.) claimed fifth placed in the triple jump with a mark of 12.25m adding four points to top off the Red Flash women's 27 points.
Monica Gregg posted a personal best time of 2:16.70 in the 800m to take 28th.
FLASH MEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
Williams ran a 14.04 to take first place in the 110m hurdles, a personal best for the junior.
Taemar Willis (York, Pa.) tabbed a 1.95m clearance in the high jump to tie for second with George Mason's Carson Gardner and NJIT's Jacob Leigh.
Joshua Dinges (Montoursville, Pa.) placed sixth in the javelin throw with a mark of 59.93m, adding three points to the Red Flash men's point total.
The Hyde brothers' efforts picked up a combined seven points on Saturday.
Nickolas Hyde (Somerset, Pa.) took the bronze in the shot put with a throw of 17.22m.
Dustin Hyde (Somerset, Pa.) placed eighth in the shot put, throwing for 15.63m.
Barry Ndeh (Burlington, N.J.) scored four points for the Red Flash men with a fifth-place finish in the 400m hurdles to post a personal best 54.50.

Sunday marked the end of the season for most of the Red Flash roster with the exception of the athletes that have national qualifying marks. Updates on the NCAA East Preliminaries will be provided on SFUAthletics.com and the track and field social media pages.
Dinges currently ranks 48th in the nation in the javelin and Hyde ranks 67th in the shot put.
The NCAA Division I East Preliminaries will take place Wednesday May 25 – Saturday, May 28 in Bloomington, Indiana.
