Anna Quackenbush ( Mount Airy, Md./Linganore) named NEC Track Athlete of the Week after a huge performance at the Bison Outdoor Classic. Quackenbush took 15th place in the 10k to break a 20 year old record for the Red Flash. She finished with a time of 35:47.75 to surpass Taryn Gibson who previously held the record back in 2006.

Dylan Andrews were all named Prime Performers after top finishes during the meet this past weekend.
Gaydos (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) took first place in the 5000m. With a time of 17:17.17, she moved to second all-time in the event in school history.
Renk (Bridgeville, Pa./South Fayette) placed fourth in the 100m with a time of 12.11. She also finished 10th place in the 200m with a time of 24.79.
Sophomore Gulycz (Whitehall, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) finished in fifth place in shot put after a personal best. He had a throw of 17.74m to take second in the Saint Francis all time record.
Junior Andrews (Altoona, Pa./Bellwood-Antis) reached 4.55m to take third place in pole vault.
Saint Francis track and field will head to Bethlehem, Pa. to attend to Coach Pollard Invitational. This will be a two day meet at Timothy Breidegam Track on Friday the 17 and Saturday the 18.
