FLASH WOMEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
The Red Flash women collected 16 podium finishes, seven of which were event victories.
Stanavich's record breaking 100m hurdle performance broke the previous school record of 14.32 set by Akilah Wallace in 2002. The junior also placed second in the 400m hurdles, clocking a time of 1:03.15.
Along with the Most Outstanding Field Performer Award, Murphy took home the gold in the triple jump (12.09m) and sliver in the long jump (5.42m).
Mylan Crews (West Alexandria, Ohio) captured the 100m conference title for the second year in a row with a time of 11.93. Crews also competed in the 200m, taking second with a time of 24.49m.
Jalurah Moore (Blakeslee, Pa.) produced a victorious time of 24.20 in the 200m and a second-place time of 11.97 in the 100m.
Emily Lunger (Sayre, Pa.) placed first with a clearance of 1.70m, defending her high jump conference title.
Carly Sedun (Elizabethtown, Pa.) captured the discus title with a throw of 39.45m, a personal best for the freshman.
Katherine McLaughlin (Berkeley Springs, W.Va.) placed first in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.51m, improving her ninth-place ranking on the Saint Francis all-time performance list in the event.
In the javelin,
Olivia Conrad (Carrolltown, Pa.) threw for 40.76m for second place and
Josilyn Wehner (Sidman, Pa.) took third with a throw of 40.50m. Wehner's throw was a personal best.
Caroline Ratchford (Ebensburg, Pa.) took second in the high jump with a mark of 1.64m, moving the junior to sixth all-time in program history.
The 4x400m relay team of
Kaitlyn Maxwell (Everett, Pa.),
Emma Fleck (Pittsburgh, Pa.),
Mariclare Anderson (Hagerstown, Md.) and
Monica Gregg (Henrietta, N.Y.) took third in the event with a time of 9:52.98.
Maxwell and Gregg also competed in the 800m. Maxwell placed second (2:18.15) and Gregg placed fourth (2:21.76).
FLASH MEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
The Red Flash men had 14 top-eight performances that contributed to the Red Flash men's 72 points.
Hyde won the shot put in back-to-back years with a IC4A qualifying mark of 16.26m. The junior also placed fourth in the discus with a throw of 44.57m.
Joshua Dinges (Montoursville, Pa.) captured the javelin title for the second year in a row, throwing for 67.08m.
Ardonntrell Williams (Voorhees, N.J.) placed second in the 110m hurdles, clocking a time of 14.23.
In the high jump,
Taemar Willis (York, Pa.) took sliver with a clearance of 1.98m. Willis also competed in the 110m hurdles placing seventh with a time of 15.53.
Parker Hilaman (Granville, Ohio) produced a third-place hammer throw performance. Hilaman's throw was good for 52.72m, a season best.
