Saint Francis men's soccer (6-0-7, 4-0-3 NEC) will wrap up their 2023 regular season with a trip to Northeast Conference opponent Howard on Thursday, November 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Greene Stadium.

Milan Djajic scored the lone goal for Saint Francis in the 24th minute of the match. The team recorded a season high eight shots on goal. Goalkeeper
Jordaine Jaeger also collected a season high eight saves against the Warriors. Jaeger is currently ranked 15th in the nation in save percentage (.804) and 23rd in goals against average (.783). The sophomore has remained in the top-50 nationally in those categories all season.
With the draw, the Red Flash extended their unbeaten streak to 13. The team remains one of two teams in the nation without a loss this season (No. 25 SIUE and SFU).
The Red Flash enter Thursday's match with 15 points, good for a tie for the No. 1 seed with FDU.
THE WORD ON THE BISON
Howard is 2-12-1 overall and 1-6 in conference play under the direction of head coach Phillip Gyau who is in his ninth season with the Bison. Howard picked up their only conference victory against Le Moyne, 2-0.
Junior Bryson Baker leads the Bison offensively with four goals and 23 shots this season. Baker was named to the All-NEC First Team in 2022.
Senior Goalkeeper Benjamin Hoesli has started all 13 matches for the Bison this season. Hoesli has recorded 63 saves and has allowed 36 goals this season.
Howard was voted to finish seventh in the NEC's Preseason Coaches Poll. The Bison are in currently in last place.

Saint Francis leads the all-time series 11-2-1 against Howard. The most recent meeting was in the regular season finale in 2022 where the Red Flash and the Bison split the points in a 1-1 draw in Loretto.
