SOMERSET, N.J. – Anna Bernasconi has earned another Northeast Conference Prime Performer title for her performance in last weekend's meets against Duquesne and Lock Haven.

This marks the second Prime Performer for the Albany, N.Y. native this season.

Bernasconi had strong performances in both meets this weekend.

In the loss to Duquesne, her best performances of the day were in the 100-yard breaststroke and the 400-yard freestyle relay. Placing third in both events, she finished the 100-yard breaststroke at 1:08.60, and her relay finished at 3:37.33 with her as the lead-off with a time of 53.24.

In Sunday's win over Lock Haven, Bernasconi picked up wins in all three events she competed in. In the 50-yard freestyle, she finished with a time of 24.49. Next, she swam a 25.84 in the 50-yard butterfly. Her final event was the 200-yard freestyle relay, which clocked in at 1:45.92.

Bernasconi and her team will return to action on Friday and Saturday, competing in the Western PA Invitational.
