THE WORD ON TUSCULUM
Tusculum is currently 4-13 overall and 1-3 in Independent Volleyball Association action. In their match on Jan. 28 against then No. 19 Charleston, a team that Saint Francis swept in the season series on Feb. 9-10, the Pioneers took a straight set loss. In another match over the weekend against the Red Flash's NEC foe D'Youville, Tusculum went down in four sets.
Deklan Wingo leads the team with 203 kills and 67 digs. Colby Landry is behind Wingo with 130 kills and 61 digs. Tristan Blake engineers the offense with 437 assists.
Jaden Bramhall and Morgan Makovec round out the stat leaders for the Pioneers with 31 total blocks each.
LAST TIME WE MET THE PIONEERS
Monday will be the first time that Saint Francis and Tusculum will be facing off against one another. The last time that the Red Flash played a current member of the IVA was Lincoln Memorial in 2020, where the squad lost in straight sets. Current NEC members Daeman, D'Youville, and FDU were once members of the conference before the NEC created their own league in 2023.
LAST TIME OUT
Saint Francis is currently 11-6 overall and 4-0 in the Northeast Conference. In their last road trip to Fort Valley, GA on Mar. 5-6, the Red Flash took a straight set win over Edward Waters and won in four sets the following night against Fort Valley State. The second match against the Wildcats saw Michael Mosbacher tally a career-high 22 kills, tying Nathan Zini's for the most kills in a match by a player this season.
Nathan Zini is first on the team with 208 kills and 40 service aces, both totals that lead the NEC. Ryan Parker commands the offense with an NEC-leading 513 assists and also leads Saint Francis with 40 blocks. Rounding out the team leaders is Peyton Blain, who has accounted for a Division-I leading 187 digs.

Men's Volleyball will have two matches against No. 9 Penn State Mar. 16-17. The first match on Mar. 16 will be at DeGol at 5:00 p.m. and the second on Mar. 17 will take place at the Nittany Lions' Rec Hall at 3:00 p.m.
