FLASH MOMENTS
The Red Flash opened the meet with a second-place finish in the 200 medley relay, as Rubio, Tanis,
Laryssa Webster, and
Katie Webster posted a 1:50.39 — just under a second behind LIU's winning time.
In the distance events, senior Morgan Moniz placed second in the 1000 freestyle (11:19.42), while Abbey Kutchel added a fourth-place finish (11:50.42).
Reegan Brown led a strong performance in the 200 freestyle, taking first in 2:02.81, followed closely by Ella Andersonin second (2:03.69) for the Red Flash's first 1–2 finish of the season.
Rubio continued her dominant form in the backstroke, sweeping the 100 (58.06) and 200 (2:08.66).
Weth captured the 100 breaststroke (1:07.01) and added a third-place finish in the 200 IM (2:20.28), while Abby King contributed a pair of third-place finishes in the 100 (1:10.97) and 200 breaststroke (2:31.55).
Turner delivered a standout triple-win performance — taking first in the 200 butterfly (2:09.55), 200 breaststroke (2:26.68), and 200 IM (2:11.06) — pacing the Red Flash across stroke and mid-distance events.
Tanis added another victory for Saint Francis, winning the 100 freestyle (54.72), with Brown and Andersonclose behind in fifth and sixth, respectively.
Saint Francis closed the meet with a runner-up finish in the 400 freestyle relay, as Tanis, Rubio, Katie Webster, and Maura Webster combined for a season-best 3:40.45 — less than a second behind LIU.
