Ebensburg, Pa. – Saint Francis University men's and women's tennis will return home to host three combined matches over the weekend. Men's and Women's Tennis will host Dayton on Sunday and Saturday respectively, while the women will host Niagara on Sunday. The men's match will be played in Pittsburgh.
The women's match against Dayton on Saturday will start at 8Â a.m. Their match against Niagara on Sunday will start at 11 a.m. and the men's match against Dayton will start at 8 a.m.
Saturday marks the women's team's home opener.Â

Women's Tennis Quick HitsÂ
Saint Francis is back to .500 at 3-3 after sweeping their conferences matches against Binghamton and Le Moyne last weekend. The Red Flash are now 3-0 in conference play, sweeping all three matches 7-0. Chichkina was named NEC Rookie of the Week this past week for her efforts. Dasha Chichkina, Kelly Dowuona and Diana Zuba were named NEC Prime Performers.
Chichkina and Zuba are the top performers for the Red Flash entering the match, Chichkina is currently 13-4 in singles and Zuba went 13-5. They are 11-10 as a doubles team. Â
Kally Kadzinski and Dowuona are 11-6 and 12-8 in singles respectively. They are currently 12-7 as a doubles team this season. Â
Dowuona has 89 total wins over the course of her collegiate career, meaning one win from this weekend would see her reach the milestone of 90 wins. Zuba is two wins away from 50 total wins in her career.
Morgan Tuffs is off to a strong start as well with a record of 9-4 in singles competition.

Scouting Dayton
The Flyers are 3-2 on the year and will have played a sixth match by the time they meet Saint Francis. They play Duquesne on Feb. 7 at 6 p.m.Â
Neena Katauskas is Dayton's top performing singles player at 5-4 on the year and 3-1 in dual matches.
The Flyers' top doubles team is the pairing of Katauskas and Laura Greb at 3-4. Laura Greb is the sister of Saint Francis team member Lindsey Greb.Â

Scouting NiagaraÂ
The Purple Eagles are 1-5 on the year, with their lone win of the season coming over Daemen back on Sep. 14. Niagara will have played one more match before meeting the Red Flash, as they square off against Penn State on Saturday.Â
Gabriela Melo is the top singles player for the Purple Eagles this season at 9-4. Enrica Favaron is 10-7 so far this year for Niagara.Â
Favaron and Jaida Borg are the top doubles team for Niagara at 4-3 on the year.

Saint Francis enters the weekend at 1-4Â after dropping both matches against Binghamton and Le Moyne.
Kevin Titus Suresh, sitting at 10-4 in singles on the season, was named NEC Rookie of the Week and an NEC Prime Performer on Feb. 6. The freshman from Bengaluru, India won both of his singles matches last weekend against the Bearcats and the Dolphins. Alan Gonzalez also holds a winning record at 8-6. Gonzalez won his singles match against Le Moyne last Sunday.
Tyler Nguyen and Mathis Tremblay are the top doubles tandem for the Red Flash at 13-6 this year. Gonzalez and Kevin Kruzel have also played well, sitting at 7-3 on the season.Â

Scouting Dayton
The Flyers are 3-2 on the year and will have played two additional matches by the time they see the Red Flash, playing Cleveland State and Duquesne on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Kyle McNally leads Dayton in wins this season at 11-5. Mikkel Zander is also 5-0, with all five wins coming in dual matches.Â
The doubles tandem of Sai Dore and Sturle Skigelstrand hold the best doubles record for the Flyers at 3-0.

Saint Francis and Dayton have met on six occassions, all of them ending in Flyer victories. Â
