>> The Saint Francis track & field teams each won the Jim Taylor Duals hosted by Susquehanna University, and racked up a combined 12 first place finishes on Saturday.

FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team accumulated seven event victories and finished with 16 top-3 performances.
Olivia Renk finished first in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash on the women's side. The freshman clocked in a time of 11.93 in the 100-meter and followed it up with a 24.49 time in the 200-meter. It is her third event victory of the season after coming in first in the 100-meter at the Keystone Challenge on March 22.
In the women's hammer throw,
Carly Sedun (49.60m) and
Rylee Nicklas (44.86m) took the top-2 spots in the event, respectively. Nicklas also claimed first in the women's shot put with a toss of 11.70m.
Sedun (40.02m) and Nicklas (37.81m) were also two and three in the women's discus, respectively. Altogether, the two combined for five top-3 finishes.
The women's 1500-meter run saw
Morgan McNaughton take first by clocking in a personal-best time of 4:47.23.
Tesslyn Helms followed behind in second with a time of 4:52.10. Helms also placed second in the women's 800-meter dash by registering a time of 2:22.35.
Gabriella del Pielago placed first in the women's 400-meter dash with a time of 59.36.
Rounding out the first place finishes was
Brooke Long taking first in the women's triple jump with a leap of 11.18m.
The 4x100 relay team of Long, del Pielago, Renk, and
Paige Drake finished second with a time of 49.33. It was the third top-3 finish for Renk and the second for Long and del Pielago.
Nina Connors took third in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:43.41.
Claire Henry and
Aubrie Wells each had a clearance of 3.20m in the women's pole vault to tie for second place.
Saige Wilt finished third in the women's high jump with a leap of 1.53m.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The men's team registered five first place finishes and 12 top-3 performances on the day.
Julian Saunders claimed first in the individual men's 100-meter dash (10.35) and 200-meter dash (21.12), both being personal-best times. It is his third event victory after taking first in the 200-meter dash at last weekend's Keystone Challenge. The senior was also a part of the 4x100 relay team that consisted of
Dylan Sutton,
Jayden Foster and
Eaghan Kieff that placed first with a time of 41.69.
Clark Gulycz took first in the men's shot put with a mark of 15.58m.
Trey Baney was just one spot behind Gulycz with a toss of 14.11m.
In the jumps,
Tyler Craft rounded out the first place finishes by finishing first in the men's triple jump with a personal-best leap of 14.70m. The freshman also took fourth in the long jump with another personal-best mark of 6.71m.
Vincent Franco took second in the men's hammer throw with a personal-best throw of 54.24m.
Joseph Sevison continued the second place finishes in the discus throw with a personal-best mark of 46.85m. To round out the throwing events,
Dugan Chase placed third in javelin with a heave of 55.65m.
In the 110-meter hurdles,
Haiden Litwinovich took second with a personal-best time of 14.89.
The jumping events saw
Jasiyah Banks take second in the men's long jump with a mark of 6.82m.
Ayden Martinage came in third in the men's high jump with a leap of 1.53m.
