LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University football announced the addition of nine student-athletes to the class of 2025. The players signed their National Letter of Intent as part of National Signing Day.
"This class has the academic integrity that we are looking for." Saint Francis Head Coach Chris Villarrial said. "We feel that they will add size, speed and agility that we are looking for on this team to help push us to the next level.".
On the offensive side of the ball, the Red Flash brought in 22 players.
QUARTERBACK (1): Frank Hoogerwerff.
RUNNING BACK (3): Josiah Bryson, Aiden Jones, Erik Sanchez.
WIDE RECEIVER (8): Emmanuel Dyson, Ricky Fittin, Lukas Gilland, Montrell Johnson, D.J. Maultsby, Zamir Newsuan, Peyton Nelson, Vincent Ordones.
TIGHT END (1): Michael Darcy
OFFENSIVE LINE (9): Hunter Albright, Will Bigham, Colin Bruno, Kaleb Cole, Sam Egharevba, Kevin Evehe, Nate Hampton, Guner Hiller, Wyatt Maines.
Defensively, Saint Francis brought in 25 signees.
"We're excited about this year's incoming class." Saint Francis Defensive Coordinator Jacob Craig said. "I believe it reflects our commitment to recruit regional talent at the high school level.".
DEFENSIVE LINE (8): Aidan Bilek, Wesley Brown Jr., Anthony Chuman, William DeSantis, Vincent Okorie, Darian Slaughter, David Smith, Hunter Tipton.
LINEBACKERS (6): Myles Hutchinson (ILB), Amari James (OLB), Cameron Kiersch (ILB), Lane Lambert (LB), Jack Leuthe (ILB), Connor McElheny (OLB).
DEFENSIVE BACKS (11): Michael Crnkovic (S), Anthony Gengarella (DB), Hunter Giacomo (S), Bailey Frank (S), Jeremiah Harris (CB), Shamar Jones (CB), Elijah Motley (CB), Darian Nelson (S), D'Angelo Stewart (S), Arison Walker (S), Ky'Mir Williams (S).
"We take great pride in developing these athletes both on and off the field and we're excited about the future trajectory of the Red Flash." Craig said. "We've added a great group of incoming players that have the ability to play multiple positions and will enable us to maintain our multiplicity on the defensive side of the ball.".
Saint Francis signed four special teams players as well.

The Red Flash's 2025 season kicks off on Aug. 28 when they visit Louisiana Monroe.
