Zuba emerged the victor in a battle between the NEC's top two singles players in the NEC final. The 2024 NEC Rookie of the Year wraps up her sophomore campaign with 50 career singles wins, a number that places her third in program history and six away from the record.

Chichkina earns NEC Rookie of the Year after a record-breaking freshman season in Loretto. The Richboro, Pa., product went 24-8 in singles this season, eclipsing Zuba's record for most wins by a freshman in program history. Chichkina's 24 singles wins are tied for the second most in a season in program history. Chichkima lost just two singles matches against conference opponents all season, finishing 9-2 against NEC foes. Chichkina tallied 16 total weekly and monthly  awards over the course of the season, earning eight NEC Rookie of the Week/Month awards and eight NEC Prime Performer nods.
