>> McKenzie Gustas placed eighth after the second round of the Roseann Schwartz Invitational in Boardman, Ohio, hosted by Youngstown State.
>> The Red Flash finished in third place after the two rounds with a team score of 626.
FLASH MOMENTS
Gustas leads to way for Saint Francis women's golf carding a two-round score of 152 (+8), with a score of 74 after the first round and 78 after the second. Gustas recorded 25 pars and two birdies after completing the 36 holes.
Camille Gagnon followed behind Gustas, placing ninth as an individual, with a two-round score of 153 (+9). Gagnon carded a score of 77 after the first round and 76 after the second. Gagnon recorded 22 pars and three birdies after completing the 36 holes.
Also adding to the Red Flash's team score was Robbin Zetrouer (16th place, 156), Bryn Sorge (20th place, 158), Meghan Zambruno (25th place, 161), and Abigail McCorkell (37th place, 168).
Competing as individuals along with Gagnon for Saint Francis was Samantha Przybys (47th place, 188), Sophia Buday (48th place, 195), and Marlana Krug (49th place, 223).
Youngstown State leads the first round (574), followed by Purdue Fort Wayne (610), Saint Francis (626), Mercyhurst (633), and Detroit Mercy (642) of the top five teams before after the second day of the Roseann Schwartz Invitational.
