SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - Saint Francis returns to upstate New York on Thursday, as the women's tennis team takes its turn at the ITA Division III Northeast Regional Championships.

Helena Lynn earned to top seed in both the singles and doubles event. Her doubles partner this weekend is
Sophia Cunningham. The pair have a 3-2 record this season having just picked up a doubles win in a victory on Allegheny College on Tuesday night.
In the Round of 64, Lynn will face Hailey Kornbluth from the University of Rochester. The sophomore led her times in singles wins last season, compiling 15-11 record.
In the doubles tournament, Lynn and Cunningham will be matched up against freshman Madelyn Alecia and Loden Bradstreet from Union College.
The singles and doubles champions and runners up from the ITA Regional Championships will advance to the ITA Cup. The ITA Cup is comprised of the eight regional champions (and/or at-large selections) from NCAA Divisions II and III, NAIA, and junior/community colleges. Over 8,000 student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior and Community Colleges compete at one of the 84 USTA/ITA Regional Championships held across the country.
Saint Francis junior Kevin Titus Suresh already punched his ticket to the ITA Cup in Rome, Ga. having won the men's regional tournament on Monday.
