Brayden Kuruzovich and
Luke Colquette both named Prime Performers after last weekends match ups. Kuruzovich earned this award for his tremendous all-around performance in the second win over UMES. As the team's setter, he led the offense with 26 assists, consistently putting hitters in position to score and helping the team maintain an effective rhythm. He also made a strong impact defensively with seven digs, while contributing offensively with three kills and applying pressure from the service line with three aces. He had a perfect attacking percentage with 1.000. Kuruzovich's ability to contribute in multiple phases of the match and lead the team's offense played a major role in securing the victory to sweep.Â
Freshman Colquette led the Red Flash to victory on Friday night against UMES with an outstanding performance. He totaled 10 kills while hitting an impressive .421, providing a consistent and efficient offensive presence. Colquette also contributed defensively with six digs and made an impact at the net with three assisted blocks. His strong all-around play on both offense and defense played a key role in the team's win.
