OPENING TEE
Saint Francis men's golf will make the two hour trip to Springfield, Pa., for the Columbia Spring Invitational. The Red Flash will make its second appearance at this one-day, two-round event. The team will send five golfers, Bryce VanHorn, Toby Webb, Trent Meyers, Isaac Miller, and Hunter Jurica. Along with the Red Flash, Maryland, Lafayette, Le Moyne, Drexel, Siena, Saint Joseph's, Fordham, Manhattan, Bryant, Penn, Merrimack and host Columbia will also be making their way to the tee box.
LAST TIME OUT
The Red Flash competed at the Carpetbagger Classic in Urbana, Md., for a two-day, three-round event. Toby Webb jumped eight places and finished in 46th after shooting a 74 (+2) on the course the second day. During this second round, the senior was two over par on the first nine and even on the back nine. He tallied over the course of the two day event 22 pars and four pars. Trent Meyers finished the two day event in 56th place. After recording seven pars, two birdies, and an eagle yesterday, the junior recorded 13 more pars and one birdie. He carded a 76 (+4) on the day. Also competing for the Red Flash were Lukas Cascino (80th place, 77), Tanner Mona (84th place, 82), and Hunter Jurica (85th place, 78). Cascino tallied seven pars and five birdies on the day. The top five teams of the Carpetbagger Classic include Mount St. Mary's (580), La Salle (584) and Bryant (584) tied for second, Monmouth (586), and Colgate (587).
LAST TIME AT THIS EVENT
Saint Francis finished the event in 11th place. Fletcher Dasso finished 20th to lead the Saint Francis men's golf team at the Columbia Spring Invitational. Dasso posted an even round score of 70 in the opening round after carding a par on 16 of the 18 holes along with a bogey on one and a birdie on six. He then shot an eight-over second round 78 to finish with a 36-hole total of 148 to finish in 20th place after posting nine pars in the final round. Alex Yong (43rd place, 152), Hunter Jurica (67th place, 162), Trent Meyers (69th place, 164) and Lukas Cascino (70th place, 165) rounded out the Red Flash team competitors. Yale won the one-day, two-round event with a total of 567, four strokes ahead of Arkansas (571). Dartmouth (584), Columbia (589) and Bryant (594) rounded out the top five teams in the field. Saint Francis shot a 313 in the first round and a 312 in the second round to finish the day with a score of 625.
NEXT TIME ON THE GREEN
The Red Flash will next compete at the Mountain Invitational at Pete Dye hosted by West Virginia April 13-14. Saint Francis will travel to Bridgeport, W. Va., and play 54 holes at Pete Dye Golf Club over the course of two days.

Saint Francis added Lorenzo Domiano, Nick Haught, Caden Miller, Joey Miller, and Isaac Miller to the 2025-2026 roster.
THIRD YEAR ON DUTY
Coach
Jonathan Kulas returns to the Red Flash for his third year. Kulas spent two seasons at Saint Peter's and was also the head coach at Penn State Scranton from 2019-21. Kulas was an assistant coach for both the men's and women's golf programs at Misericordia University for 11 seasons and got his start in coaching as a women's basketball assistant coach at Marywood University for the 2015-16 season.
